Pisatelsky (Writer's apartment)
This "modest" room is styled as a room in the Bulgar Hotel, where the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay stayed. Having no place of his own in Kazan, he stayed at the hotel for long periods of time, writing his poems, fairy tales and articles for newspapers here. He was the first to introduce the Tartars to the works of Pushkin, Lermontov, Krylov and other classics of Russian literature.

The room's niche recreates the poet's corner with an inkwell and books. On the walls hang portraits with information about writers who were born or visited our city. Among them: A. Pushkin, A. Dumas, M. Gorky, N. Zabolotsky, V. Mayakovsky, V. Tushnova, M. Jalil. In their works Kazan was glorified and immortalized!
